After twenty years of frustration, watching men settle for unattractive underwear, I decided to build something better.
What followed was a relentless pursuit of the perfect fabric and fit, wear-tested by dozens, to craft boxers that offer airy comfort, and undeniable quality. A modern elegance that makes men feel confidently attractive.

I couldn't find what I was looking for, so I had them made
For years, men have been forced to settle for poorly designed boxers that undermine their confidence when it matters most. Underwear was an afterthought, something to be hidden, often sold in uninspired packaging that hid scratchy fabrics and unflattering cuts. As someone who spent over 20 years shopping for men’s underwear for brothers and boyfriends, I saw firsthand the gap between what men deserved and what the market offered. I learned about restrictive waistbands, poor fabric choices, and designs that simply failed to last.
One sleepless night, stressing over finding the perfect birthday gift for my boyfriend – something useful he needed but wouldn't buy for himself – it hit me. I’d scoured stores for quality loose cotton boxers, only to find unattractive, uncomfortable options or restrictive boxer briefs he hated. The shopping experience itself was dismal, leaving me frustrated.
That's when I thought, what if I made them myself? I knew a clothing manufacturer in Canada and wondered if they could create what I envisioned. If truly polished loose cotton boxers were so difficult to find, surely others were looking too.
More than just underwear
I became obsessed. I wanted to create the boxers that I knew men deserved: airy, luxurious and comfortable.
I wanted these to be the boxers women wished men would wear. An opportunity for connection in relationships.
So I spent countless hours meticulously sourcing fabric swatches for the perfect blend, opacity, and hand-feel that could withstand wash after wash. A button-fly design was added for discreet security, so men could wear them both as underwear and as lounge wear around the house. For extra style, I added a contrasting fabric for the inside waistband. I wanted all men to feel fully dressed and polished in their Alexand boxers.
Ultimately, the silhouette and fit had to be perfect. The number of men who talked to me about the waistband of their boxers! So I made sure a cushioned and contoured waistband would sit perfectly at the hips for an accentuated yet elegant rear fit. We promise, heads will spin.
