We know ordering underwear online can be risky and uncertain. We want your ALEXAND boxers to be the first pair you reach for out of the wash.
We are happy to offer a 30-Day Risk-Free Guarantee for your first ALEXAND purchase. If they don't fit or you're not happy, we'll refund your money back or offer store credit towards future purchases. The original shipping fee + shipping insurance is non-refundable.
To request for refund or store credit, please contact us at info@alexand.ca within 30-days of receiving your order. Please include your purchase receipt in the email.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can make it right.
Exchanges & Returns
We will be happy to refund or exchange your ALEXAND boxers within 30-days of receiving your order. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us at info@alexand.ca.
Please ensure your return approval note is included with your return, as we may be unable to process your refund or exchange without it.
All returned items must be in new, unused, and saleable condition, with all original packaging, labels, tags, and any security seals remaining intact. Return postage costs will remain your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage until your refund has been successfully processed.
Due to the hygiene nature of underwear, we do not accept returns for washed or worn boxers. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received your request, and let you know if your item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit within 7 business days.
