Refund policy
Our policy is exchange or store credit on items that are in their original, unused condition, with tags attached within 14 days of order arrival.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached with your purchase receipt.
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item(s) back to ALEXAND. The original shipping fee + shipping insurance is non refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your item does not pass our checks, you will be notified via email and it will be sent back to you at your cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for items that have been used or worn. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if your item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive a store credit within 10 business days.
